Moxy Hotels, the new brand in Marriott International’s growing lifestyle portfolio, opens its latest hotel in Munich, Germany.
Located five minutes from Munich Airport’s main terminal the 252 contemporary guest rooms are outfitted with sound-reducing walls, 42" LCD flat screen televisions, free Wi-Fi, comfortable bedding and deep-seated armchairs in calming, neutral fabrics. Every room makes a statement with a spirited floor to ceiling art piece. The design is functional and uncluttered with simple, thoughtful touches including glass shelving and open closets. Stylish bathrooms feature complimentary Muk toiletries, bright pink hair dryers, power showers and large mirrors alongside a spacious vanity area.
Moxy Munich’s 24/7 self-service concept gives guests access to what they want, whenever they want it. The Moxy dining area offers plentiful options for food and drink including fresh juices and a coffee bar. Guests can enjoy fresh panini sandwiches, local dishes including currywurst and speatzle and a range of healthy alternatives from sushi to a selection salads. Cocktails, craft beers and specialty wines will be served in the evening.
Moxy Munich’s nine flexible meeting rooms are individually designed with natural daylight. Choose The Club for serious boardroom style discussions, stylishly decorated with a round table, formal chairs, LCD screen and grey carpets. For inspiring brainstorming and spontaneous idea sharing, choose The Brain Box, which offers bean bags, blackboard walls and interesting wall hangings including a wooden elephant to encourage guests to discuss ‘the elephant in the room’.
