New Danish Route from Humberside Launches on 28 October

Humberside-AirportA new direct scheduled service from Humberside Airport to Copenhagen, providing the only non-stop Scandinavian link from the Humber, Lincolnshire and Yorkshire region, will be launched on Monday 28 October.

Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) is introducing five flights a week from Humberside to the Danish capital with timings aimed at business travellers and also those connecting onto onward flights within Scandinavia and Northern Europe.

The new year-round service will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays with weekday flights departing from Humberside at 7.15pm, arriving in Copenhagen at 9.50pm local time. Weekday flights from Copenhagen take off at 6.10pm local time, arriving in Humberside at 6.45pm. Sunday services depart from Humberside at 2.55pm and leave Copenhagen at 1.50pm local time.

A 50-seater CRJ200 regional jet aircraft will operate the service.
