AIM Vienna announces New Managing Director

AIM Group International Headquarters announced a new member of its management team.

Christian-FriedlChristian Friedl has recently been appointed as the new Managing Director for AIM Austria. C. Friedl joins the AIM leadership team from several years of experience in the MICE industry. In his recent role as Group Exhibition Director at Reed Messe Wien he led the show teams and associated business development activities resulting in numerous client relationships and sales opportunities. C. Friedl has been at the forefront of their service department achieving the high quality and efficient service for their market. Prior to the MICE industry, his previous experience included sales and marketing responsibilities in multi-national corporations such as Ericsson and Alcatel.

“I’m excited at the prospects of leading such an experienced team”, Friedl says. The AIM Vienna team comprises 18 individuals of long-service to the company. Christian Friedl continues, “The reputation of AIM Group International is widely known in the industry. I’m thrilled to now be part of the team. Together we will be exploring new business opportunities to continue to grow and expand to new markets”.
