New Executive Chef of Istanbul Marriott Hotel Sisli

In November, Istanbul Marriott Hotel Sisli announced the appointment of Hubert Bourdon as Executive Chef brings over 25 years culinary experience at different level in top Luxury 5 star Hotels and Fine Dining Restaurants which include Istanbul, Tokyo, Dubai, Paris, Cairo, Shanghai to the luxury hotel’s culinary team.

Hubert-BourdonIn his role, Chef Bourdon is responsible for the culinary direction and leadership of The Dish Restaurant & Terrace, My Bar & Lounge, in-room dining, catering and banquet functions of the Istanbul Marriott Hotel Sisli.

Chef Bourdon was the Executive Chef of the WALDORF ASTORIA in Shanghai since 2011, now he joined Istanbul Marriott Hotel Sisli as of November 2013.
