World Travel Awards 2015 could be staged in Seychelles

Mr Graham E. Cooke, the President of the World Travel Group, the organisers of the World Travel Award has confirmed during ITB Tourism Trade Fair in Berlin that he would be staging the 2015 Awards in the sought after holiday detonation of the Seychelles. Mr Cooke briefed press and industry players during ITB and also met formally with Minister Alain St.Ange, the Seychelles Minister responsible for Tourism and Culture and Sherin Naiken, the CEO of the Seychelles Tourism Board and their Team at ITB which included Bernadette Willemin, the Seychelles Tourism Board's Director for Europe and Andre Ciseau, the CEO of the Seychelles Port Authority.

Minister St.Ange welcome this news saying that this event would fall in the country;s 2015 National Day Celebrations that fall on the 29th June. "This is our country's national theme is I Love Seychelles and welcoming such a prestigious world event during our National Day Celebrations is but a bonus for every Seychellois" the Minister said.

More information would be made available soon on this year's World Travel Award ceremony that will be held in the Seychelles for the first time.
