Swissôtel Krasnye Holmy has been singled out as a winner at the World Luxury Hotel Awards 2012 and received a trophy as Russia’s “Luxury Hotel & Conference Centre”.
The Annual World Luxury Hotel Gala Ceremony took place on the 13th of October in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The trophy was accepted by Mr. Marc Ohlendorf, General Manager.
The World Luxury Hotel Awards is a recognized global organization dealing with the estimation of world luxury hotels. The prime is awarded to the hotels with the highest standards and represents eminent achievement in hospitality industry.
The voting for the 2012 award was held earlier in the year providing the opportunity for hotel guests and industry experts to cast their votes per category on a country and global basis. The criteria to be successfully nominated & included in the official World Luxury Hotel Awards voting process was overall service excellence.
The annual red-carpet Gala event was hosted by the world-renowned Pan Pacific Kuala Lumpur International Airport Hotel. The awards show saw hotels from 61 countries rewarded in 29 categories. More than 1,500 hotels have been nominated for the World Luxury Hotel Awards this year.
