The statistics say that by 2030, 49% of all global passenger traffic will be within the Asia-Pacific or between the region and the rest of the world, with India, China and Indonesia dominating the region’s travel expenditure.
The eighth edition of International Luxury Travel Market (ILTM) Asia will take place in Shanghai from 2 - 5 June 2013, setting the scene for up to 550 high-end travel agents from across Asia to design 2015 itineraries for their clients.
Alison Gilmore, ILTM’s Senior Exhibition Director said, “ILTM Asia 2014 will keep buyers conversant in ultramodern luxury culture and provide everything they need to create authentic travel memories. ILTM Asia 2014 will welcome up to 550 luxury travel brands and experiences from approximately 20 countries across the world. The 550 buyers will be identified and invited from 20 countries across the Asia Pacific including China, Indonesia, India, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, Korea and Singapore.
During the four day, invitation-only ILTM Asia 2014, approximately 550 international luxury travel suppliers will meet with 550 elite buyers and agents in over 26,000 pre-scheduled, mutually matched meetings: the ultimate opportunity to explore the newest creative solutions in elite travel to build business.
