Jeffrey Xu, Reed Travel Exhibitions, Project Manager at CIBTM, commented, “To be recognised by the U.S. Department of Commerce as the number one MICE trade show in China is a great honor for CIBTM, and acknowledges how far the show has progressed since it premiered in 2007. According to the Annual Report of China Outbound Tourism Development in 2012, America is currently in the top 10 outbound destinations for U.S. organisations. “Conferences and events, such as CIBTM, are essential to the continuation of frequent exchanges of business and culture between the two nations,” concluded Xu.CIBTM 2013 takes place on the 2nd - 4th September 2013.
