Ibtm america has unveiled the design impression of its new exhibitor “meeting pods” for the transformation of the event, previously known as AIBTM.
It takes place for the first time in the exclusive Skyline Ballroom, located in McCormick Place West, overlooking the Chicago skyline and Lake Michigan from 9-11 June 2015.
Ibtm america meeting pods will provide exhibitors with a hassle-free, turnkey solution allowing exhibitors the privacy to focus strictly on the business of meetings, no booth, freight, set-up or tear down costs and one price covers everything. The price also includes access to all ibtm america networking functions, education sessions and events.
Ibtm america will provide a mutually match pre-scheduled appointment system between exhibitors and Hosted Buyers. Up to 250 exhibitors and meeting planners will be in attendance creating a 1:1 ratio.
