VIP Tourism received 4 awards in Silver Category of Skalite 2012 Awards, which is deemed to be the Oscars of the tourism industry. Also VIP Tourism has been recognised officially as a "well known brand" on its 45th year by the patent institute.
VIP Tourism received 2 awards with its success in the foreign tours and domestic tourism as a tour operator serving or 50.000 travelers. With quality service, while VIP DMC received a silver award for its contributions in the field of incoming tourism, and VIP Congress with its experience in the congress and meeting organizations, at Skalite 2012, which is considered to be the “Oscars of the Tourism” due to its contribution to the development of tourism in Turkey.
VIP Tourism is registered as a “Well-Known Brand” by the Turkish Patent Institute based on the brand survey conducted by world-renowned research company GFK in Turkey as per the principles outlined by the Institute, which will prevent use of the brand by other companies and unfair competition.
VIP Tourism CEO Ceylan Pirinçcioğlu extended thanks to everyone who gave their support and votes for the VIP Tourism at Skalite awards and said that they received “the message that they have to work even more”. He added: “It is pleasant to see that we have taken a great step by breaking the practice of exclusive sales authority especially in the domestic tours with hotels whose sales are open to competition. We achieved an increase of 20 % in foreign tours last year, and we are ambitious in cultural tours as well. Another gladsome development of 2013 is the registration of VIP Tourism as a “Well-Known Brand”, which is only given to original brands with proven awareness on the part of the consumers and with a quality standard in products and service approach.
