New low cost flights between Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen and London Gatwick

On Friday, May 1st Turkey’s leading low cost airline Pegasus has launched flights from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport to London Gatwick Airport. The carrier will operate from Gatwick to Istanbul six days a week. Connecting on to further destination across Turkey, including top summer destinations, the route will provide passengers with more flexibility and choice when planning their travels.

Guliz Ozturk, Pegasus Airlines' Chief Commercial Officer, commented, "We are delighted to be launching our London Gatwick Istanbul route. The UK is a major destination for us, having flown 381,000 guests to and from the UK during 2014 which translates to a year-on-year increase of 25%. We are confident that our new Gatwick flights will be warmly welcomed by our guests who will enjoy affordable travel to Istanbul and beyond.”
