Singer has more than 20 years experience in the travel industry and brings a strategic, data-driven approach to marketing and communications.

For the past four years, numerous leading travel organizations including AARP Travel, National Geographic Travel and the Society of Government Travel Professionals turned to Singer as an independent consultant to develop digital marketing and product strategies. Prior to that, she was Vice President, Strategic Partnerships and General Manager for TravelCom at the U.S. Travel Association for three years.
Singer holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Applied Sciences from East Tennessee State University. She succeeds Kristen Clemens who, after twelve years of service, left the association to pursue another position.
