Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh announces the addition of a new Chef de Cuisine to the already remarkable and highly regarded culinary team at the hotel.
The hiring of Anas Shabib coincides perfectly with The Grill’s newly re-launched menu, under which he can thrive as Chef de Cuisine.
Chef Anas is a Jordanian national with more than 15 years of international kitchen experience, which has provided him with a unique outlook and passion for food. He joins Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh straight from the distinctive kitchen of Salam restaurant at Asia International Hotel in Guangzhou, prior to which he had gained exposure within world-class hotels such as Four Seasons Hotel Amman, Hilton Hotel Aqaba Red Sea Jordan and Kempinski Hotel Aqaba Red Sea Jordan, in addition to stand alone restaurant experience.
