sousse beach attack

Thirty seven people were killed and thirty six were wounded in a terrorist attack, Friday, on the Imperial Marhaba Hotel in Sousse, Tunisia. It is so unfortunate that I recently visited Sousse and stayed at the next beachfront hotel on the same beach where today’s attack took place.

The perpetrator of the attack was killed during an exchange of gunfire with the security forces,” TAP news agency reported.

According to spokesman for the Interior Ministry Mohamed Ali Laroui, “a terrorist penetrated from the back of the building before opening fire on the hotel’s guests among whom are foreign and Tunisian tourists.”
