Steigenberger Hotel Group’s upper mid-range category brand; InterCity Hotel will become the exclusive hotel partner for the city runs staged by SportScheck and BMW. The races attract around 100,000 participants and form the most extensive series of this kind in Germany.
InterCityHotel will also be a partner of the SportScheck Customer Club and thus enable more than one million members to enjoy attractive hotel prices.
Numerous joint promotional campaigns are also in the pipeline. These will include so-called Sight Running Events, during which runners explore towns and cities. Anyone who is left breathless by such pursuits can always fall back on the FreeCityTicket, which is included in the cost of a stay at an InterCityHotel and allows guests to use local public transport free of charge.
