New World Hotels has introduced a seamless check-in experience with the launch of an electronic signature service at the properties in Manila and Dalian.
Designed for optimum convenience, guests will save time waiting and queuing when checking in or out.
The e-signature initiative improves front desk service through the use of tablets with instant access to guests’ room reservations and registration. To further enhance the guest experience and facilitate the check-out process, guests can opt to receive the billing statements and receipts via their email address.
By eliminating the need for paper, the new check-in procedure also serves as an effective eco-friendly initiative, as part of the hotels’ corporate social responsibility programme. Paperless check-in will follow at New World Hotels in Shanghai, Wuhan and Ho Chi Minh City, and Beijing and Guiyang opening in 2013.Favoured by business travellers and meeting planners, New World Hotels are deluxe properties located in Dalian, Shanghai, Wuhan, Ho Chi Minh City and Manila, and opening in Beijing and Guiyang in 2013, with an affiliated hotel in Shunde.
