BLLA Collective: The Boutique Industry’s First Social Network

Boutique Lifestyle Leaders Association (BLLA) unveils the BLLA Collective, the first social media platform for boutique hotels and businesses.

BLLA Collective houses exclusive forums, messaging features, blog posts, activity feeds, and more for BLLA members with a BLLA Collective login. Users of the platform can post updates, such as articles and resources, and communicate with other boutique hoteliers and professionals as the industry adjusts to the post-pandemic landscape.

“Just as boutique constantly innovates the hospitality experience, it is important that we innovate the way we communicate. By pooling experts from around the world, the BLLA Collective provides unparalleled resources for the #BoutiqueStrong community, a community that is only growing stronger as travel evolves,” said Frances Kiradjian, Founder & CEO of BLLA.

“Like other social networks, the BLLA Collective will adapt to user needs and requests. Our global members are dedicated to keeping boutique enthusiasts informed and prepared for the next normal,” said Ariela Kiradjian, Co-Founder, Partner, & COO of BLLA.

Chief among the offerings is The Guide to the New Paradigm, BLLA’s collection of free online courses developed by members of its #BoutiqueStrong Council, the collection of top boutique hoteliers and industry experts lending their insights to support boutique hotels. As the industry reopens and adjusts to changing consumer expectations, the twelve courses in the Guide will be continuously updated to educate users on essential lessons for boutique business management, including communications, talent acquisition, capital, legal guidelines, health & safety, and more. A custom program for hotel owners is also under development. While BLLA Collective is members-only, BLLA is currently offering “on-the-house” membership to verified boutique hotels to ensure that authentic hotels in need can gain access to the platform.

The BLLA Collective is the latest addition to BLLA’s #BoutiqueStrong initiative, a united front to empower boutique hotels and, in turn, encourage creative thinking, support independent businesses, and restart travel for a changed world.
