The Mile High City’s boutique lifestyle property Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver appoints Katie Williams as Business Travel Sales Manager.
With more than twelve years in hotel sales in the DC metro area and Denver and her most recent role at The Jacquard, Williams brings her deep industry knowledge and steadfast passion for hospitality to her newfound role at Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver.
Starting her career as a front desk agent, Williams quickly learned to navigate the ins and outs of travel sales, climbing the ladder with various hotels, including The Jacquard Hotel, Hyatt Falls Church Merrifield, Hyatt Arlington, and Hyatt Regency Crystal City. Williams joins the Hyatt Centric team with an aptitude for both Denver and the Hyatt brand.
Williams shares, “While I love being back with Hyatt, the best part of my new role is working with the Hyatt Centric team. We are invested in the guest experience and offering true hospitality, which ultimately translates into guest loyalty and a successful hotel.”
General Manager Colleen Huther shares, “We are confident that Katie will play a vital role in bolstering our hotel business strategy and implementing top-notch action plans for all our sales initiatives. There is a lot of potential for Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver this year. We are excited about all the growth opportunities that lie ahead with Katie at the helm of our business travel sales operations.”
