Ownership Clash Brings Alanya Hotel to Auction

A prominent hotel situated in the Alanya Payallar region is on the brink of sale, a development stemming from unresolved disagreements among its five female co-owners.

The hotel, known as Clup Sea Time, valued at 204 million lira (approx. US$7.5 million), is composed of 137 rooms distributed across four blocks. The forthcoming auction for this esteemed property is slated to occur in the upcoming days.

According to the file in the Alanya 1st Civil Court of First Instance, the decision to sell the hotel was precipitated by unresolved disputes among the owners, leading to legal intervention to facilitate the sale. The owners of the hotel are listed as Hülya Gürler, Makbule Tekin, Nejla Arslan, Selma Güven, and Semra Güler.

As reported by HalkTV, bids for the hotel will be accepted between October 9th and 16th. If the first auction does not result in a sale, a second auction will be held from October 31st to November 7th.

The hotel, built in an area close to 8 decares, has become the subject of a court-ordered sale as a resolution to the partnership disputes among the owners. The upcoming auctions represent an opportunity for potential buyers to acquire a substantial property in the scenic region of Alanya, amidst the ongoing legal and interpersonal conflicts among the current proprietors.
