Princess Cruises, known for its culinary prowess, has launched a new vegan menu in response to growing demand for plant-based options.
This initiative, currently being introduced across its 15-ship fleet, showcases a blend of gourmet creativity and sustainability. The menu, available in main dining rooms, includes a variety of starters, salads, soups, pastas, and main dishes, all free from animal products.
Guests can pre-order these vegan options through the Cruise Personalizer, their travel agent, by calling Princess, or request them onboard.
Sami Kohen, Vice President of Food and Beverage at Princess Cruises, emphasized the brand’s commitment to evolving culinary experiences, stating, “Our new plant-based dinner menus offer an extraordinary culinary journey for vegan guests.”
The vegan menu boasts dishes like Baja-Style Cauliflower Tacos, Green Goddess Salad with Tofu, Creamy White Bean soup, Penne with Red Pepper Pesto, and Plant-Based Shepherd’s Pie. This move reaffirms Princess Cruises’ dedication to catering to diverse dietary preferences, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests.
