NH Hotels Opens 3 Paris Hotels

NH Hotels’ Paris Expansion: Luxury Multiplied by Three

Minor Hotels has broadcasted its entry into the Paris hotel scene, projecting the launch of three NH Hotels in the first quarter of 2024.

This expansion is not just a venture into a new city but a strategic extension into one of Europe’s most coveted destinations. The brand is set to captivate the City of Lights with a trio of four-star experiences, weaving its narrative into the fabric of Parisian luxury.

Swiss Life Asset Managers France, the owner of the upcoming establishments, has entrusted Minor Hotels with the management of these three hotels, a decision that fortifies the group’s strategic plans for growth within pivotal European cities. The company’s Parisian debut features the 207-key NH Paris Gare de l’Est and the 103-key NH Opéra Paris Faubourg, with a third, the 90-key NH Paris Champs-Elysées, slated for a rebranding to NH Collection post-renovation in 2025.

These hotels promise more than just a place to stay; they’re an invitation to immerse in French culture and elegance. Post-refurbishment, the properties will offer a total of 400 guest rooms, alongside a restaurant and bars to savor French gastronomy. Their prime locations offer immediate access to Paris’s heart, with proximity to iconic attractions like the Louvre, the national opera, and the Champs-Elysées.

A Strategic Synergy

The excitement is palpable as Dillip Rajakarier, CEO of Minor Hotels, shares his enthusiasm about this significant milestone. The synergy between Swiss Life AM and Minor Hotels signifies a robust collaboration, promising a triple treat to the tourism and hospitality landscape of Paris. This move is timely, with the city poised to host the 2024 Olympics, an event that will further elevate Paris’s status as a world-renowned tourist haven.

Busan Green and Growing

Johanna Capoani, Head of Hospitality at Swiss Life Asset Managers France, echoes this sentiment. The partnership is anticipated to enhance the hospitality offerings in Paris and introduce innovative services under the NH Hotels and NH Collection brands, creating unique value for guests.

These Parisian additions will augment Minor Hotels’ French portfolio, which already boasts six properties across Marseille, Lyon, Toulouse, and Nice. The NH brand has been on a global expansion spree, marking its presence in Italy, Portugal, Thailand, Germany, the Maldives, and the UAE.

Looking Toward a Lustrous Future

Minor Hotels’ future seems as bright as the Parisian skyline, with plans to unfurl the NH Collection brand further into Finland, Thailand, and Laos. Each new opening is not merely a location; it’s a fresh chapter in the story of a brand that’s redefining global hospitality. With the Parisian triad, Minor Hotels is not just entering a new city but is setting the stage for a new era of luxury travel experiences.
