Aman has announced Aman Singapore, a forthcoming urban sanctuary within The Skywaters development, set to be the city’s tallest skyscraper.
Opening in 2029, the project will introduce a luxury hotel, a limited collection of branded residences, and a global private members club, marking the brand’s debut in Singapore and its expansion into another major world capital.
The development is led by Perennial Holdings Private Limited in collaboration with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill as architects, with Kerry Hill Architects designing the interiors. Aman Singapore will combine exclusive residences, a hotel with expansive suites, and private club facilities, aiming to redefine ultra-luxury hospitality in the city-state. It will be located at the convergence of the Central Business District, Marina Bay, and the future Greater Southern Waterfront.
Aman’s Entry into Singapore
Aman Singapore will be housed in The Skywaters, a new skyscraper described as Singapore’s tallest and most iconic future tower. The property will include a hotel floor with spacious suites among the largest in the city, designed to provide a sense of serenity while offering panoramic views of the skyline and the South China Sea. Alongside the hotel, the development will feature a limited collection of branded residences and the global Aman Club, accessible only to members, residents, and hotel guests.
The branded residences will range from one to five bedrooms, offering views across the city and its green belt. Each residence will be serviced with the brand’s hallmark attention to detail and access to the property’s wellness, dining, and social amenities. According to Aman, the residences are designed to bring “a rare sense of stillness at the core of Asia’s most vibrant gateway.”
Facilities exclusive to residents, club members, and guests will include a full-floor Aman Spa with an infinity-edged pool, as well as a selection of dining venues featuring global cuisine and Aman’s signature concepts. The private members club will serve an invite-only community, providing spaces for social and cultural engagement in the heart of Singapore.
