Radisson expands portfolio with signings in Spain, Portugal and Italy

Radisson Hospitality AB, part of Radisson Hotel Group expands its portfolio in Southern Europe, with new signings in Spain, Portugal, and Italy.

The group is adding three new properties to Madrid, Bilbao, and Seville. This is in addition to two Radisson RED hotels arriving in the Portuguese cities of Lisbon and Porto – adding more than 560 rooms to the group’s portfolio. Italy also remains a key target market, with the Radisson Hotel Group bringing three new properties and 550 rooms to Milan and Rome.

These signings demonstrate the Radisson Hotel Group’s relevance to investors and guests alike. In less than 18 months, Radisson Collection now boasts 30 hotels and nearly 6,000 rooms in operation or under development in EMEA, while Radisson RED has 22 properties in EMEA and around 4,300 rooms in operation or under development. Between them, the brands boast properties in major global destinations like London, Paris, Brussels, Moscow, Rome, Milan, Dubai, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Liverpool – and more.

Key signings have included the recent addition of the iconic the May Fair London, A Radisson Collection Hotel, while Radisson RED has signed a number of hotels across Europe – including properties in the Nordics and Baltics.
