Burj Al Arab SAL Restaurant

Burj Al Arab Launches New Pop up Restaurant

Jumeirah Group introduced SAL, a chic new pop up restaurant that reflects both the beauty of Burj Al Arab’s iconic architecture and the blue palette of the endless sky and stunning 100-meter infinity pool.

A piece of art in its own right, SAL will delight guests with its uninterrupted views across the clear azure waters of the Arabian Gulf and unbeatable sunsets – undoubtedly, the setting that Instagram dreams are made of.

Headed up and launched by Chef Roberto Rispoli, Head Chef of Shimmers on the Beach, SAL will offer mouth-watering flavours from the Iberian Peninsula in Spain and Portugal.

With a tantalising menu of sea-inspired dishes designed for sharing and bursting with authentic flavours, SAL is set to be the culinary hotspot of late summertime.

Meaning ‘salt’ in Spanish and Portuguese, SAL pays homage to the sea and one of the most ubiquitous ingredients in the world, not only in its name but also through the restaurant’s catch of the day – grilled or baked in sea salt to concentrate the natural flavours.

Guests can start their journey with Prawns in Roasted Tomato Sauce or wild crab and move onto signature mains including Homemade Trenette Pasta & King Crab, Seabream Isolana, and Sea Salt Crusted Seabass, all available at a great value.

To end, guests can choose from a variety of tempting sweets from the Dessert Trolley, featuring a handcrafted selection of treats from Burj Al Arab’s pastry master chefs. In addition, and as a complement to their meal, diners can explore a specially curated grape list for a truly exceptional dining experience.

A holistic experience and the epitome of barefoot chic, simplicity flirts with luxury at the pool and beach with a casual dress code by day and sophisticated resort wear reminiscent of Capri, Saint-Tropez and Mykonos by night.

Fully air-conditioned, guests can soak up the eclectic yet chic, refined yet laid-back and fun atmosphere at SAL, while taking in stunning beach and infinity pool views and socialising with loved ones. They can also soak up the ambiance as the friendly and engaging team creates a sophisticated and relaxed vibe.

Guests can spend a day relaxing at Burj Al Arab’s exclusive haven overlooking the clear azure waters of the majestic Arabian Gulf with a range of bespoke packages.

Guests can cool down in its two tantalisingly inviting pools, including the highly Instagrammable 100-metre infinity pool that appears to seamlessly blend with the stunning turquoise sea, or appreciate the comfort of one of its fully air-conditioned cabanas. Those wanting to make the most of this unique Burj Al Arab Jumeirah experience and soak up their surroundings in style can reserve one of the Terrace sunbeds in the impeccable beach area and enjoy the unrivalled views and poolside facilities.
