Accor to Open New Novotel & Mövenpick Properties in Vietnam

Accor has announced the signing of three new hotels for Vietnam. The hotels are going to be located in two complexes.

The signing with owner partner, Novaland will bring 248-room Mövenpick Phan Thiet and 250-room Novotel Phan Thiet within NovaWorld Phan Thiet, while Mövenpick Ho Tram, a 209-room hotel, will be located at Wonderland – NovaWorld Ho Tram, a complex under development by Novaland.

The NovaWorld Phan Thiet complex is currently under development. Just an estimated an hour and 40 minutes drive from Ho Chi Minh City on the Dau Giay – Phan Thiet expressway, it is poised to elevate the standard of travel and tourism offerings in Southern Vietnam. The 1000 hectare project is set on 7km of Tien Thanh coastline and will include a theme park, a waterpark, a 16-hectare ocean park with a marina, 36-hole golf course, a 7000-seat events stadium, a 3500-seat tennis court, marathon track, a shopping centre, food courts, a hospitality school, an international village, a senior centre and over 20 resorts managed by international operators such as Accor.

The NovaWorld Ho Tram complex, a 90-minute drive from Ho Chi Minh City on the Long Thanh – Dau Giay expressway. The 1000-hectare complex is located along a 30km coastline from Loc An to Binh Chau (Xuyen Moc district, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province) features a combination of mountains and beaches.

Mövenpick Phan Thiet will feature two restaurants, an executive lounge, wellness facilities including a swimming pool, fitness centre with a yoga studio and a spa.

Mövenpick Ho Tram will feature an all-day dining restaurant, an executive lounge, meeting facilities with a ballroom, meeting rooms and other wellness facilities such as a spa, gym, swimming pool and a kids club. The Mövenpick collection offers a unique blend of contemporary city and resort hotels worldwide. The signing of Mövenpick Ho Tram, Mövenpick Phan Thiet and Novotel Phan Thiet is part of Accor’s strategic development plan to expand into emerging destinations, introducing world-class hospitality brands for both domestic and international travellers. Accor will manage a further seven properties in the newly developed complexes by Novaland in Binh Thuan, Ba Ria Vung Tau and Ho Chi Minh City.
