Hilton Set to Launch Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe All-Inclusive Resort

Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe

Global hospitality giant, Hilton (NYSE: HLT), has officially announced the signing of a management agreement for the 540-room Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe All-Inclusive Resort.

With reservations now open and the grand opening slated for November, this newly-renovated property underscores Hilton's growing all-inclusive presence in the Caribbean and Latin America.

Hilton currently manages nine all-inclusive resorts in these regions. The Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe, previously known as Royal Uno All-Inclusive Resort & Spa, is located in Cancun’s bustling Hotel Zone, a mere 10 miles from Cancun International Airport. Overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the Nichupte Lagoon, the resort sits on a 600-foot pristine beachfront, featuring an array of world-class culinary concepts, bars, family-friendly amenities, and several pools.

Owned by Tortuga Resorts and managed by Hilton, this latest addition to Hilton's all-inclusive portfolio in the Caribbean and Latin America also represents the company's sixth all-inclusive property in Mexico. With nearly 90 hotels already operating in Mexico and approximately 25 more in various stages of development, Hilton continues to build its organic growth in the country.

“Mexico plays a crucial part in our organic growth strategy across the Caribbean and Latin America, particularly as we look to expand our all-inclusive footprint," said Juan Corvinos, Senior Vice President of Development, Architecture and Construction, Caribbean and Latin America, Hilton.

"The Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe All-Inclusive Resort strengthens our positioning as a leader in the all-inclusive hospitality sector in Mexico, where we have more than doubled our presence since 2021.”

The recently revamped resort offers 459 ocean-view guest rooms and 81 suites. Unique to this property is its pool and deck area, situated above ground level, allowing a row of suites to enjoy unobstructed beachfront views. Specialty suites, boasting over 1,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, come with a private plunge pool or whirlpool and direct beach access from their sundeck.

Nicole Tilzer, Vice President, All-Inclusive & Resort Strategy, Hilton, expressed her excitement about the upcoming launch, stating, “The resort will offer guests an extraordinary and elevated all-inclusive experience perfect for every member of the family and every occasion.”

The Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe All-Inclusive Resort will host five diverse dining options, including an Asian show kitchen, Italian, Mexican, all-day dining, a coffee shop, and a pool grill. Five bars will cater to various moods throughout the day, including a rooftop, sports, lobby, pool, and beach bars. For entertainment, the resort offers multiple pools, a kids and teens club with numerous waterslides and an exclusive kid’s pool. Guests can also partake in off-site excursions such as shopping, golfing, and visiting nightclubs.

Catering to wellness enthusiasts, the hotel will feature a new spa nestled amidst lush tropical vegetation, a relaxing sun deck, a beauty salon, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Additionally, guests can book Enclave, a premium room category offering an elevated experience, with further amenities and an Enclave lounge providing specialty food, beverage, and concierge services.
