Comprehensive check took place in Aeroflot on February 3-7, 2014. Auditors visited key divisions responsible for product quality and customer service; production safety; security; service on board; ground transportation software; health and safety and environment.
Aeroflot was the first Russian airline to pass the combined audit for compliance with two standards at once - Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems, which demonstrates the integration of the QMS with company’s overall management.
