Taiwanese low cost carrier V Air enters the Japan market by launching its first service to Nagoya. Nagoya is the largest city in the Chūbu region of Japan. The inaugural flight ZV202 departed yesterday from Taipei Taoyuan International Airport at 19:45, carrying 162 passengers, with an 85% load factor. The estimated arrival time is 23:45 local time.
Taipei-Nagoya route is the 4th scheduled service of V Air, marking a new milestone on the carrier’s one-year anniversary.
V Air offers 4 flights a week initially. ZV202 departs from Taipei every Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. The departure time is scheduled on 19:45, and arrives at Nagoya by 23:45 local time. The return flight ZV203 departs from Nagoya every Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, leaving at 00:45, and its estimated arrival time at Taipei is 03:35.
Starting from January 8th, the departure time will be adjusted to early morning to 06:05 from Taipei and the estimated arrival time at Nagoya will be 10:05 local time. After an one-hour turn-around, ZV203 will leave Nagoya on 11:05, and the estimated arrival time at Taipei is 13:45.
From March 1, 2016, V Air will start offering a daily service for this route, offering travelers even more flexibility and choices for their trip planning. The new service will utilize V Air’s Airbus A321 aircraft fleet.
