Ryanair cancels up to 50 flights per day

Ryanair B737Europe's largest low-cost carrier, Ryanair cancels up to 50 flights per day for the next six weeks. Your flight is operating as usual unless you receive an email.

At a press conference on Monday, chief executive of Ryanair; Michael O’Leary has apologized for leaving 18 million customers with cancelled flights.

However, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) says that if an alternative airline is flying there "significantly sooner", then you have the right to be booked onto a different airline. However, O'Leary has said that Ryanair would not book passengers onto flights with rival carriers.
