SunExpress offers the new service channel WhatsApp around the clock on +49 171 337 7053 for Germany, Switzerland and Austria and for messages in Turkish and English on +90 541 782 3081.The messages are usually answered within a few minutes in German, English and Turkish.
“SunExpress wants to be accessible for its customers on as many social channels as possible. Today we already have a large community in Facebook and Instagram and we want to strengthen it with Whatsapp. An extension with WhatsApp offers our customers even more possibilities to get a quick and uncomplicated answer or to send us suggestions ", says Peter Glade, Commercial Director of SunExpress.
