THAI Smile temporarily suspends all international flights effective from 23 March 2020 onwards. The airline still operates domestic flights as usual.
Passengers who have been affected by the canceled flight, the airline facilitate you for your convenience as follows:
1. For Refund Request, passengers can obtain a full refund without any charges by yourselves via https://member.thaismileair.com/customerservice/refund by selecting “Refund due to terms and Conditions”
2. For Flight Adjustment Request, passengers who would like to reschedule or reroute can adjust without fees according to the conditions specified by the company.
