Swiss to Ask Transportation Fee for Golf Equipment

Swiss golf club

Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) is to close its SWISS Golf Traveller programme as a result of the continuing COVID-19 pandemic and its ramifications.

The programme has offered a range of benefits to SWISS’s golfing customers for over 20 years now, including free transport of their golfing equipment on SWISS, Lufthansa and Austrian Airlines flights, opportunities to compete in various tournaments, a free credit card and discounts at golf and lifestyle partners.

SWISS Golf Traveller members have already been informed personally about the closure plans. Existing membership cards will remain valid for the free air transport of their golfing equipment until the card’s expiration date.
