The seven story block and plank structure contains a 144 room Aloft Hotel and 140 Room Element Hotel. Each hotel contains its own food service, lobby, and dining, with shared fitness, laundry, and back of house areas.
The Aloft Hotel also sports a 3,000 SF ballroom/meeting space with an additional 1,300 SF of pre-function and independent food service, all overlooking the pool and splash pad area that gives this property a resort feel.
Construction began in late 2018. The estimated completion is November 2020.
Cambria Hotel Orlando

The Cambria Hotel Orlando is scheduled to open in 2020, and will offer guests a new upscale lodging option in the heart of the city. The property will feature a resort pool and patio lounge area, more than 4,500 square feet of multi-function meeting space and state-of-the-art fitness center. The hotel will also include contemporary on-site dining with a menu comprised of area specialties, signature cocktails, and local craft beers, as well as freshly prepared grab-and-go gourmet salads and sandwiches.
