Norse Atlantic Airways, the pioneering low-cost long-haul airline, celebrated two inaugural flights on the 30th of June and 1st of July with the launch of services from London to Los Angeles and San Francisco.

These new direct routes offer an affordable and convenient travel option for passengers wishing to explore the vibrant cities of Los Angeles and San Francisco from the United Kingdom.

Bjørn Tore Larsen, CEO of Norse Atlantic Airways, expressed his excitement about the expansion: “Los Angeles and San Francisco are now the fifth and sixth destinations in the US from our London base. With the addition of these two cities, Norse Atlantic is now the largest long-haul operator to the US from London Gatwick. We take pride in offering an affordable and convenient way for travelers to explore these iconic cities and experience their renowned sights and cultural landmarks. From the stunning Golden Gate Bridge and bustling Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco to the magic of Hollywood and Santa Monica Beach in Los Angeles, these destinations have something for everyone.”

Flights from London Gatwick to Los Angeles (LAX) operate daily, departing at 10.35 and arriving at 14.10 the same day. The return flights depart from Los Angeles at 14.25 and arrive in London at 11.00 the following day. Economy fares start from £460 for a return trip, inclusive of all taxes and fees.
