Global Wellness Summit 2019

The Annual Global Wellness Summit To Take Place in Hong Kong

The 13th annual Global Wellness Summit—an invitation-only event for senior executives and wellness industry leaders—will take place October 15–17 in Hong Kong.

After record-breaking attendance at last year’s Summit in Italy, organizers are looking forward to being in Asia at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. The Summit is the world’s foremost conference on the business of wellness, currently a $4.2 trillion global economy and growing.

“We convene the Summit in a different country every year, and we could not be more thrilled about the 2019 location. Holding the Summit in Hong Kong underscores Asia’s vital importance to the world’s wellness economy. In fact, according to the Global Wellness Institute’s 2018 Global Wellness Economy Monitor, Asia is the growth leader in key wellness markets. Needless to say, we are excited to introduce the Summit’s international delegation to this powerhouse region!” said Susie Ellis, Chairman and CEO of The Global Wellness Summit.

Hyatt Hotels Corporation, this year’s host sponsor, has positioned itself as a true leader in holistic wellness. Recognized for both its innovative and ever-evolving offerings, the company makes each guest’s wellbeing a priority. In addition, Hyatt is committed to workplace policies that improve the lives of the people who serve their guests. This is a rare opportunity for business and thought leaders to come together to advance the discussion around wellness in our world today.

The Summit also offers unique business opportunities, and global delegates connect with other decision makers at every event and activity. Well-known speakers and presenters participate, and there will be high-level discussions and roundtables where the future of spas, hospitality, architecture, thermal springs, wellness tourism, workplace wellness and more are brought to life. (Mandarin and Japanese translation will be provided.)
