Four Seasons Hotel Doha announces the appointment of Kemal Bayik as Director of Marketing of the award-winning 231-room luxury property.
As Director of Marketing, Bayik will be responsible in leading sales, reservations, public relations, and catering and conference services.
With more than 13 years experience, Bayik has developed a strong career record in sales and marketing, specialising in luxury hospitality. He has led innovative brand marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, garnering global recognition and showcasing his expertise in both regional and emerging markets.
Bayik’s appointment to Director of Marketing at Four Seasons Hotel Doha is a welcome homecoming for the seasoned marketing veteran, who first joined Four Seasons in 2008 as a Sales Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at Sultanahmet and Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at Bosphorus. His career then took him throughout the region to other luxury brands in various director level roles, including the W Istanbul in Turkey and the Kempinski Hotel Barbaros Bay in Bodrum, Turkey, before returning back to Four Seasons in 2011 as opening Director of Marketing of Four Seasons Hotel Baku. Bayik joins Four Seasons Hotel Doha most recently from the Raffles Istanbul, where he served as the executive assistant manager, responsible for marketing, sales, revenue and catering departments.
Bayik is a graduate of Bilkent University in Turkey, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Hospitality Management. He also received his MBA in International Business from Lynn University in South Florida, United States. A native of Izmir, Turkey, Bayik speaks Turkish and English. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and capturing life’s precious moments through his passion for photography.
