New York Boutique Hotel Investment Conference on November 13

  • Published by Vedat
Boutique & Lifestyle Lodging Association (BLLA) continues its leadership in bringing together the boutique lifestyle hospitality sector by announcing the first Boutique Hotel Investment Conference at the New York Institute of Technology Auditorium on November 13, 2013.

It begins with breakfast at 7:30am; in collaboration with JF Capital Advisors.

This conference, organized and powered by BLLA, was established to focus squarely on the capital investment and financing side of this niche hotel sector. The program includes keynote speeches with Mark Woodworth, President PKF Consulting and Bruce Ford, Sr. Vice President Lodging Econometrics and then completing the conference with Ian Schrager who some call the Godfather of ‘boutique,’ who always brings a lot of pizzazz to any event and who will highlight his take on the future vision of hospitality.

Another big highlight of this conference is the opportunity for ONLY A FEW to present their hotel projects on center stage in the hopes of attracting interest and in particular, capital investment. The process of presenting a hotel project in this manner is a 1st in the industry (at least that we know of). Interested parties may reserve a spot but must do so before November 11th by emailing: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or registering online at the site.

Topics covered at this event include: Making Deals Happen, Debt Financing, Primary Versus Secondary and Tertiary Cities, Renovation-Repositioning-Development, Sourcing Equity, Boutiques and Success Factors.

Panelists participating in the conference represent the following firms: Brack Capital Real Estate USA, Canyon Capital, Carlton Group, CREDIT SUISSE LLC, Crown Group Hospitality, Gemini Real Estate Advisors, Global Edge Investments/Executive VP Business, JF Capital Advisors, Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels Development, Crescent Hotels & Resorts, King & Grove, KSL Capital Partners, LLC, LDV Hospitality, Lodging Econometrics, LWHA - Asset and Property Management Services, Morrison Cohen LLP, NYLO Hotels, PKF Hospitality Research, LLC, Steven Kamali Hospitality, The Iron Horse Hotel/Dixon Development, The Pomeranc Group, The Sydell Group, Trust Hospitality
