Now you can apply The Meetings Show’s hosted buyer programme. The Meetings Show is the premiere event for the UK inbound and outbound meetings industry, organised by Centaur Exhibitions and taking place 7-9 July 2015 at Olympia, London. The hosted buyer programme – the largest in the UK – will attract buyers from the corporate, association, agency and public sectors. The show will feature destinations from over 50 countries across 6 continents, venues, hotels and key providers of meetings products and services.

Flexibility remains a key focus for the 2015 hosted buyer programme which will match and adapt to buyer schedules and business needs. The programme, which grew by 67% in 2014, will provide buyers with several attendance options including one or two days, complimentary travel, and complimentary accommodation for up to two nights. This flexibility gives the buyers time to experience and discover the wide range of returning and new exhibitors, the latest education and evening networking opportunities.

Commenting on the 2014 hosted buyer programme, Edward Copperman, Director of Product Development at The Travel Movement Limited, said: "Overall the quality of the show was incredible, particularly the exhibitors and stand staff - they clearly wanted to do business. In contrast to other shows I have attended there was a far greater depth of knowledge, a desire to talk and develop relationships for all involved. The accommodation, transport and logistics also exceeded my expectations."

Hosted buyers can schedule meetings with exhibitors relevant to their business. The Meetings Show is supported by the UK's widest variety of meetings focused organisations including many new names for 2015 such as: Atout France, Italia Convention Bureau, Moroccan National Tourist Office, Coventry City Council, Visit Blackpool Conference & Meetings and Marketing Cheshire.

The Meetings Show’s wide ranging education programme will again include a significant number of sessions such as keynotes, seminars and Meet the Expert round tables. The Association Meetings Conference on Monday 6 July is available to qualified AMCs, PCOs and Association Planners. Networking activity throughout the week includes official receptions and exhibitor events, whilst a range of post show tours will also be available to key destinations.
