HEDNA (Hotel Electronic Distribution Network Association), the only global forum exclusively dedicated to the advancement of hospitality distribution, brings together hotels, representation and management companies, GDSs, switch companies, OTAs, tour operators, software and payment service providers for three days of exclusive, cutting-edge, insightful—and often controversial—discussions on what matters most to hospitality distribution professionals.
HEDNA’s Global Distribution Conference in San Diego, January 10-12, 2017, will tackle tough industry challenges and discuss innovative solutions that will shape the future of distribution.
In San Diego, HEDNA will introduce its Being Innov8ive session which will focus on new products and services in the market that are positively shaping the industry and the way we do business. In an engaging interactive forum, eight key professionals in the hospitality distribution industry will share their advances and cutting-edge innovations in back-to-back eight minute presentations.
Conference keynote sessions feature MGM’s Chief Sales Officer Michael Dominguez, who will discuss his unique vision on leadership and teambuilding; and Uber’s Chief Advisor David Plouffe, who will explore the effects of disruption and change. A session on artificial intelligence and automation in the hospitality industry will feature IBM’s Watson (of Jeopardy fame), and STR’s Chris Crenshaw will explore the latest industry trends and market insights.
“San Diego will be a fresh, innovative industry event,” explains HEDNA President Rajesh Vohra. “Our conference attendees have asked for more interaction, greater collaboration and knowledge sharing. In San Diego we will tap into the collective mind and bring the audience into the conversation. Only then can we generate solutions that will serve the greater good.”
