Lviv Convention Bureau attended ECM Summer School and ICCA Central European Chapter Summer Meeting

Director of Lviv Convention Bureau Andriy Pavliv took part in ECM Summer School (24-28 August) in London. The event was organized by European Cities Marketing. Lviv (Ukraine) is a member of  ECM.

The ECM Summer School is an unmissable learning opportunity for all professionals working in Convention Bureaux, Tourist Offices, Congress Centres, Airlines, Hotels, DMCs, PCOs & Meeting Planners!

Together and under the guidance of senior professional leaders from the industry, learnings included best practice, acquisition of international events, how to adapt to new trends, destination sales, and marketing strategies and an understanding of the matrix of client decision making.

Lviv Convention Bureau also took part in ICCA Central European Chapter meeting that took place in Belgrade, Serbia from 29 to 31 August 2019. This was an annual meeting open to ICCA members and for non-members by invitation only.

Speakers and guests talked about meetings industry impact and legacy, going digital: progress vs privacy vs security vs experience, the competitiveness of destinations and ever-changing corporate meetings. Moreover, networking, promotion activities, new meetings and contacts and of course new professional knowledge. Meeting was organized by Serbia Convention Bureau.
