Conrad Istanbul serves Delicious Mediterranean Cuisine at its new restaurant

Conrad Istanbul recently announced the opening of its new restaurant, Manzara, serves delicious Mediterranean cuisine with traditional Turkish flavors.


Manzara restaurant’s menus, which have been created by executive chef Alexis Atlamazoglu, have some unique tastes that you may not taste in any other Mediterranean restaurant. I was the guest at Manzara Restaurant tasted absolutely delicious meals together with hotel’s manager Daniele Fabbri, marketing and PR manager Neslihan Şen, marketing and PR executive Ebru Kangal, and FTNnews editor Suat Töre. When you are in Istanbul you should definitely taste Manzara restaurant. Besides its delicious food, I am sure that you will love the lovely Bosphorus and historic Istanbul view. It is not surprising to hear that the restaurant’s name is ‘Manzara’ which means scenery in Turkish.

“It is very exciting to see Atlamazoglu’s new approach which brings the flavors of Mediterranean cuisine together with traditional Turkish delicacies,” said Daniele Fabbri, Hotel Manager, Conrad Istanbul. “Chef Atlamazoglu is synonymous with culinary excellence and we are delighted that he is at the helm of our new modern dining concept.”


Opening menus will include a buffet breakfast with a range of treats from home-made pancakes to Anatolian eggs Benedict, French ‘brioche’ toasts to spinach frittata. On the lunch and dinner menus, shrimp saganaki, duck ravioli, hand-minced lamb burger, veal cheek stifado and seafood calzone are some of stand out dishes.

Manzara not only offers vegetarian dishes such as dry-fruit tagine and stuffed dry eggplants, but also is ambitious when it comes to desserts. Antiochian cheese kunafa, Valhrona chocolate soufflé, and caramelized fig mille-feuille are a small selection of desserts offered.

Executive Chef Atlamazoglu says that Manzara will become the go-to Mediterranean restaurant in Istanbul and adds, “Mediterranean cuisine is not only about pasta and pizza. At Manzara, we offer authentic dishes that are part of the region’s cultural heritage and distilled from generation after generation of Mediterranean cuisine. Our menu is refreshed every season in order to provide the very best seasonal ingredients. Our presentation is based on the power of simplicity. We aim to offer a tasteful journey to all our guests with our experienced and skilled chefs and our delicious menu.”

Manzara, easily accessible to residents and visitors in Istanbul thanks to its central location, showcases an iconic design. The nautical inspired space at the center of the venue has been designed by the London-based, award-winning GA Design to enhance the view of the Bosphorus. Situated in Conrad Istanbul, an exclusive retreat at the hub of Istanbul’s culture and commerce, the restaurant forms part of the luxury’s hotel offering to create inspired experiences for guests through intuitive service, infinite connections and a world of style.

Manzara Restaurant serves guests between hours 06.00 am and 11.00 pm with a total capacity of 275, and offers various alternatives for business and group dining.
