Jill has more than 30 years experience in the hospitality industry of which about 19 years she was in executive management positions, spanning the Asia Pacific region, Mauritius, Seychelles and Maldives. She has most recently been the Area Director of Human Resources Asia Pacific for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts based in Singapore. During her tenure, she was responsible for strategic and tactical human resources for 22 hotels and had successfully spearheaded the opening of various new luxury properties.
