Ms. Ellis brings over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and public relations with leading hotel groups and independent hotels and resorts.  She will be responsible for overseeing the sales initiatives for the hotel.

Prior to joining Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel, Ms. Ellis was a Project Manager with Hospitality Task Force in Las Vegas, which provides temporary staffing to hotels and resorts in the areas of Sales, Sales Management, Catering, Conference/Convention Services, Revenue Management & Operations.

In Las Vegas, Ms. Ellis also worked with Trump International Hotels, where as Marketing Manager, she defined strategies and executed on an annual marketing plan to support occupancy goals. At the Ritz-Carlton, Lake Las Vegas, she was Director of Sales, overseeing a sales team of 10 responsible for all hotel facilities and services.

Ms. Ellis’ hospitality experience also encompasses executive positions with the Hilton Waikiki Prince Kuhio, The Fontainebleau Miami Beach, The Beverly Hilton, Sofitel Los Angeles, Carey Worldwide Chauffeured Services, The Clarion Hotel Park Avenue NYC, Societe des Bains de Mer’s New York City office, and The Hilton Los Angeles Airport.

This position brings Ms. Ellis back to Los Angeles where she began her career in the hospitality industry, working for The Los Angeles Convention & Visitors Bureau.
