RADIUS has tapped Pfund as General Manager, Corporate Sales and Client Services for Asia Pacific. Pfund brings to RADIUS more than 15 years experience leading and managing corporate client sales and management teams in the region. He has previously served in senior positions at Lufthansa, American Express, BCD Travel and, most recently, as CEO and President of Fursan Travel, a leading Middle East travel company and a RADIUS member agency. Together with RADIUS SVP Alan Liu, a growing Asia Pacific team and 16 agency members spanning from Japan to New Zealand, Pfund will continue to strengthen the RADIUS corporate travel management offering in the rapidly growing Asia Pacific region. He will report to RADIUS President and CEO Chris Vasiliou.

richie-karaburunKaraburun joins RADIUS as Vice President, Global Supplier Relations, and will oversee the continued expansion of the RADIUS Global Hotel Program as well as initiatives across other supplier categories. With nearly twenty years travel industry experience, Karaburun comes to RADIUS from Gullivers Travel Associates, where he served as President of GTA North America, with responsibility for sales, sourcing, marketing and operations. In his new role, he will lead the Global Supplier Relations team that is growing significantly, especially in the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions, to meet the demand of industry suppliers for participation in the RADIUS Global Hotel Program and other RADIUS partnerships that drive sales through the global RADIUS agency network. Karaburun will report to RADIUS Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President Shannon Hyland.
