The collection of venues has made 7 new appointments as it prepares for this year’s high profile events; the Imperial War Museum North has promoted Liam Potter to sales manager, with Natalie Ewing taking over from him as sales co-ordinator. Jessica Holland has been promoted from sales executive to sales manager at Liberty Stadium Swansea and Georgia Kellett joins the Museum of Science and Industry as sales co-ordinator.

The Museum of Science and Industry has welcomed further changes, with Joanne Platt taking the role of sales manager and Lucy Cort appointed as business development manager. Jenni Smith started as sales manager at Manchester Art Gallery whilst Jo Maggs has joined the M Shed in Bristol.

Jo Austin, head of sales at Lime Venue Portfolio expressed her excitement at the developments in the venues' staff teams, and believes they are an indication of the busy schedule of the months ahead. Mindful of Olympic buyers’ last minute booking patterns and corporates shortening lead in times we are increasing the size of our sales force so we can target each opportunity in the marketplace, bid competitively and ensure we provide excellent value and service as well as live up to our new “The Unusual Made Easy” style of service.
