James-RamageHis primary responsibility is to drive topline performance among the groups hotels and resorts, through the development and execution of tactical and strategic sales initiatives, and strengthen partnerships world-wide.

Mr. Ramage brings with him almost three decades of experience in the travel and hospitality industry including more than fifteen (15) years managing sales, business development and marketing teams in Europe, Australia, China and Thailand. In his most recent position as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for Starwood he was responsible for twenty-two (22) hotels in Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. Prior to this role he oversaw forty-six (46) of the group's hotels and resorts in Greater China. He has also held positions with Marriott hotels in London, UK and Florida, USA.
