Kitty-TangMajored in Hotel Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Ms. Tang is passionate about hospitality industry and especially in Food and Beverage Division.

Working for over 20 years in banqueting and catering services, Ms Tang has extensive experience in hotel operations. Prior to joining Eaton Smart, Hong Kong, Kitty was the Director of Catering of Langham Place, Hong Kong and has been working with the hotel since her pre-opening. Besides, she also held managerial positions for various 5-star hotels including Furama Hotel and Regal Airport Hotel in Hong Kong.

In her new role as the Director of Food and Beverage at Eaton Smart, Ms. Tang will assist Mr. Shane Pateman, General Manager of Eaton Smart, Hong Kong, in overseeing the hotel’s Food and Beverage division, which consists of banqueting service and seven restaurants and bar including Yat Tung Heen, the outpost of the Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant at Great Eagle Centre. She will focus in upholding high standard of the entire Food and Beverage related services and products as well as introducing more green dishes utilising organic ingredients in all restaurants.
