Prior to her career within Metropolitan Hotels, Ms. Tudorache’s experiences span from managing a Corporate Travel Agency to direct sales for a Tour Operator, and management positions within a Multi-National Hotel Chain. Within GBTA, she will report directly to Paul Tilstone, senior vice president, Global Operations, as Canada remains a region within the scope of Mr. Tilstone’s global direction including North America, Latin America, Asia, Australia, Africa and Europe.

Ms. Tudorache, who will start the role on September 23rd, 2013, said, “I am truly ecstatic with the opportunity to take the leadership role of GBTA Canada. My career path has ideally positioned me with the knowledge, understanding and network needed to continue the momentum and growth required for GBTA Canada, its members and sponsors alike. I am passionate about business travel, its opportunities and developments. I believe that GBTA is the appropriate Canadian-industry-vehicle with its amazing cross-section of members, Canadian-relevant content, valuable educational components and advocacy on industry standards. This is ‘the’ association with a forward thinking mentality that will deliver the highest quality of network in Canada’s business travel arena. I am looking forward to engaging with the membership, volunteers, sponsors and the Leadership Advisory Council as I embark on this exciting new journey.”
