Ana SuarezA new position in the hospitality industry, the B Experience Manager is a cultural liaison between the property and the B Hotels & Resorts® brand team. Suarez is responsible for delivering the B experience to every guest, including internal guests – the B team members. As part of the responsibility of the exclusive role, the B Experience Manager engages with and inspires guests on a daily basis, helping to ensure implementation of the B brand’s promise, vision, mission, values and culture. The B Experience Manager participates in, creates and executes marketing and public relations initiatives, social media, and special events and is a member of the hotel’s leadership team.

Suarez serves as a motivational social leader to team members by embodying all that is B, leading the B Ambassador program, which includes regular meetings with appointed representatives from each of the hotel’s departments, and inspiring B Ambassadors to share the culture and brand objectives with their respective team. As part of B’s Open-Source Communication platform, Suarez encourages a free flowing dialogue from the B Ambassador team on how to enhance the guest experience with new programs or offerings, and improve hotel efficiencies as seen from each individual department.

Suarez comes to the upcoming B Resort with a wealth of marketing expertise. She most recently served as a Marketing Manager at Universal Orlando® Resort. Prior to that position she was a Marketing Manager for Westgate Resorts in Orlando after serving as a Marketing Coordinator for Marriott Vacation Club® International. She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida where she earned both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations. Suarez is a recipient of the Order of Pegasus, the most prestigious award that can be attained at the university due to exemplary performance in the areas of leadership, community service and academic achievement. She is an avid worldwide traveler and is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

The B Resort, formerly the Royal Plaza Hotel, will offer 394 newly renovated guest rooms and suites and over 20,000 square feet of dedicated meeting and function space. All rooms will feature The Blissful Bed® by B Hotels & Resorts®, modern appointments and other elements to enhance the guest experience. Located in one of the top family and convention travel destinations in the U.S., the B Resort, just steps from the Downtown Disney® area, will incorporate elements to attract families, featuring inviting designs, in-room gaming consoles available upon request, bunk beds in select guest rooms and various other amenities and dining options, including culinary experiences by an internationally-recognized restaurateur. B Hotels & Resorts’® popular B Signature Elements, that originally debuted at B Ocean Fort Lauderdale, will be integrated at the Lake Buena Vista hotel. As part of the brand offerings, the resort will provide complimentary technology amenities including FreeB Wi-Fi (complimentary high-speed Internet access) throughout the property, including guest rooms and meeting spaces, courtesy guest iPads, as well as a Monscierge®, a digital touchscreen concierge and destination guide.
