In her new role, Bradley will work closely with Grand Lucayan’s Director of Sales, Mary DiPasquale, from headquarters in South Florida to develop effective strategies with a focus on the U.S. market. Bradley will manage sales initiatives for both group and leisure business from key markets throughout the country and act as a liaison between the property and valued travel agents.

Most recently, Bradley served as National Sales Manager for Curacao’s Santa Barbara Beach & Golf Resort where she played a critical role in positioning the resort through a re-branding while simultaneously surpassing sales goals. Prior to that, Bradley held the tiled of Regional Sales Manager for RockResorts, where she worked directly with the sales team to increase revenue for properties in the Bahamas, Jamaica, St. Lucia, Dominican Republic and Costa Rica.

Since launching her illustrious career as Director of Sales for Regent International Hotels, Bradley has also held the titles of Director of Sales & Marketing for the Regent Bal Harbour, Director of Sales for Allied Hospitality Marketing, Director of Travel Industry Sales for Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Florida and Regional Director of Sales for L’Ermitage Hotels.
